One quibble. I don't think DK's grandstanding is motivated so much by a desire to be "anti-establishment" as it is by his desire to get attention. On the one hand, he is "running" for president, so you can't totally blame him for trying to get in front of a camera. But by deliberately not being a team player as a protest, as you point out, he cuts off his nose to spite his base. Dennis is demonstrating that he is in politics for Dennis, not for anyone else.
