What is amazing is that it was not a live broadcast so there was numerous opportunities to "correct the error". If it wasn't a cynical maneuver then it is certainly evidence of shoddy journalism and a lack of basic editorial proofreading. What is even more amazing and cynical was the press conference that Tom Reynolds had where he invited a whole bunch of children in hopes that journalists would refrain from asking detailed and sexually explicit questions.
