Desiring Machine

I generally don’t subscribe to conspiracy theories. I generally think that the documentary public record is clear enough to understand the wholesale looting of the American treasury by corrupt political forces.

However, I have to just say WTF is up with all the people connected to the Enron trial collapsing all of a sudden? First, Kenny Boy himself dies of an apparent heart attack. Then former mayor of Houston and character witness in Lay’s trial, Bob Lanier collapses at the memorial service. And in other news RBS banker and Enron witness Neil Coulbeck was found dead in a park. The sensible person says these are all coincidences, albeit strange ones. If I were a superstitious person I would say we are in a full blown Ken Lay curse. But I am not so I wont.
